Callback privacy notice

When you request a callback, Release Strategy Pro collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred callback window, and timezone. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and manage follow-up. Please do not include case documents or sensitive case details in your initial request.

Who receives your information

Our team stores inquiries in our Convex backend and uses Resend to send confirmations and team notifications. Contact details may also be added to the Prison Professors CRM used by our team to manage inquiries. These services process information needed to provide the callback and follow-up service.

A callback request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or text-message campaign. Your information is retained to handle your inquiry and related follow-up. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up.

Optional advertising measurement

If you select the optional advertising measurement checkbox, we save campaign labels, the landing page, the referring website, and any OpenAI advertising click identifier with your inquiry. Campaign attribution may be stored in your browser session so it survives navigation. If you do not select the checkbox, the inquiry still works and we do not retain those advertising details with it.

With your measurement consent, we may send OpenAI a lead or purchase event, its time, an advertising click identifier, and the purchase amount and currency when applicable. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, callback preference, notes, or case details in those events.

Contact and preferences

Email [email protected] to update your request, cancel a callback, or withdraw measurement consent for an existing inquiry. Clearing browser storage alone does not withdraw consent already recorded with an inquiry.

Security and spam prevention

We limit repeated submissions and use a protected, hashed network identifier for abuse prevention. Access to the lead inbox is restricted to authorized staff. Payment information is collected separately through Stripe.
